AfterClose is an operations-systems advisory for regional broadband and cable operators working through post-acquisition consolidation. We're the people you call when the deal is done and the systems aren't.
Why we're anonymous
Operators talk to us because we're not selling software, not collecting vendor commissions, and not building a personal brand off their mess. Publishing our names and client logos would trade that trust for marketing. We'd rather keep the trust.
What we believe
- Billing continuity is the business — everything else is secondary until it's safe
- One system of record per domain, decided vendor-neutrally and written down
- Migrate in waves with rollback criteria, never big-bang
- No AI pilots until the data joins are clean
- If we're not the right help, we'll say so — and point you at who is
What we don't do
No software sales. No vendor commissions. No "digital transformation" theater. No client names on this site, ever.
